There are a lot of steps specific to each method & there are many methods.

The links give in-depth step-by-step instructions for some of the ways I use to brew my coffee/espresso. Each gives a different taste/texture & many people have a favorite, but I love changing it up.

I’m guessing that the five “dislikes” are either mistakes when people accidentally hit the wrong button, or the person who rated it is bitter about religion and doesn’t care to look beyond the words to consider the skill and passion of the (you can disagree with religion without “hating” a beautiful song written under its umbrella).

Yes, you are mainly right. A restricted stock cannot be sold on the open market, but the shares could be sold to another accredited investor, but such transactions are rare and unattainable. Under Rule 144 of the SEC, restricted stock cannot be sold for at least 6 months after issuance, but if the stock holders (usually company insiders) agree to an additional lock up, that time to resell their restricted stock is extended to say 12 months or even 2 years before they can be sold to the public at large.
