I read somewhere that you rub used coffee grinds on you and then wrap the area with plastic wrap? Is this right? Also if you know of a different technique to help get rid of cellulite, I’d like to hear it to. Thanks.

Cut the amount of “bad fats” you eat and get regular exercise. That is the only REAL way to reduce cellulite. Sorry. I’ve heard that creams and home-made remedies don’t really work.

there is honestly no way to get rid of cellulite. Exercise doesnt even work all the time. Typically if u r born w/ it it stays w/ you but my advice is to try to tone theproblem area of your body . Or for drastic measures see a plastic surgeon.
