I’m a newbie to job searching, and i just applied for Starbucks online a few weeks ago. And my friends and family keeps telling to call them and ask ? Should i do that? And how should i ask them ? Please help thank you.

YES!!!! That is one of the best things you can do during a job search because it shows that you are interested in a company and really want to work there. Simply call up the location you applied to and say, “Yes, I would like to check on the status of an application for employment that I submitted online.” They will usually transfer you to a Manager or the Hiring Manager who will then tell you more information.
