Where were they closed for 3 hours? I had an interview around 1 yesterday, and the store definitely wasn’t closed. I had an iced passion tea lemonade with fresh red raspberry syrup and it was great.

Gratiam is the direct object. Gratia can be a couple different forms, the subject or sometimes a special case called the ablative and has a lot of fairly complicated uses. With gratia, it usually means "for the sake of". The usual expression in Latin is "gratias ago" which literally means something like "I do thanks". The person being thanked is in the dative case, which can be "tibi" for you (singular) or "vobis" for you/you all (plural), so "gratias tibi ago" is the equivalent of "thank you".
