Out here in the real world,
where we didn’t do the reading either,
we say that Starbuck’s copied the Italian and French
Cafe type shop, Americanized it, and
made it a chain store.
Put Italian espresso in huge paper cups with American sized portions of
good milk and sugar, candy coat it with artificial flavors, add internet
and unfriendliness, give it a famous brand name and there it is.
