I’m embarrassed to say, I am constantly confused by the menu at Starbucks, and not just that all the sizes mean large, except for the one that says large…I am constantly asking questions about the ever-changing menu. It shouldn’t be that complicated.

Apparently a regional airlines pilot makes less than Starbucks Manager. Obviously there’s more responsibility, more mental strength, and not to mention you are watching over the lives of many people. So my question is why does a pilot make less than a Starbucks Manager?
