What does it mean when you get a Starbucks coffee for free?

Question by xsaraxamx: What does it mean when you get a Starbucks coffee for free?
When I went to Starbucks today, the guy working there told me not to worry about it when I handed him my credit card. So I’m wondering if he did it because he liked me lol, or if there’s some promotion going on?

He likes you. If it was a promotion he would have told you why you were getting it free.

I think the ex teacher felt a bit intimidated and wanted to put you down slightly. Perhaps he/she wanted to feel in control of the conversation/ friendly argument.

Hmm. I think in a different english speaking country than I am from, but here we use "classic" as a bit of a compliment. not sure how he meant it in context, but here, if something funny happens or someone does something humorous, we say "That is so classic."
He might have meant something like, "That is so typical of you" or "That is very characteristic of you." I think he meant "old-fashioned" though.

    Good luck!

I think it is 3 credit on the NCAAA level. The varsity is on the team for the Physical Education prerequisite. Then for females they can take a football course in Physical Education classed to learn the game of football and to have fun.
